We cannot accept order cancellations on any bespoke or custom-made items past 24 hours after order placement.
For all other items that have not shipped, we will accept a cancellation and issue a full refund to your credit card account. To cancel, simply log in to your Account on our website and cancel the order. You may also cancel via email by emailing us at support@kajalnaina.com

Returns
Return of Diamond jewellery:
You can return any of your jewellery (excluding bespoke or custom-made items) within 14 days of your purchase with a full refund.
All the products must be returned in the original condition, in the original packaging, unaltered and unused.
We will fully refund the payment (excluding shipping charges) once we receive the jewellery and it is verified by our Quality Assurance team. Shipping charges are not refundable.
After the 14-day period, if at any point in time you want to exchange/return or upgrade the product, it will be possible as per our Exchange/ Buy back policy.
We do not accept returns on any bespoke or custom-made items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be returned unaltered, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- The product should be accompanied by the Original Product Certificate and the Original and a copy of the Invoice. In case if a customer cannot produce the original certificate of the product, we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the Lab for recertification, and the certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. During the quality check of the product upon return, any product that shows signs of wear and tear, or has been resized, altered, or damaged will not be accepted, and our buyback policy will be applicable. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually about 10-14 days)
Shipping charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. Costs related to return shipments will be at your own expense unless the return shipment is due to a fault on behalf of KN.

Return of Pearl Jewellery:
You can return your pearl jewellery within 14 days of your purchase. All the products must be returned in the original condition, in the original packaging, unaltered and unused. We will fully refund the payment once we receive the jewellery and it is verified by our Quality Assurance team.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
After the 14-day period, there is a 3-month period to Exchange/ Return or Upgrade the product. It will be possible as per our Exchange/Buy-back policy.
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on any Pearl jewellery after the 3 month period.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After we have sent you a refund confirmation, it may take 5-7 days before you see the funds reflected in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
